Our team has over half a century of home sales & property management experience between them including a Grand Master Sales Agent – as awarded by REIWA.

Rachael Francis, Licensee of Gem Property, began as a registered Real Estate Agent in 2003, when she completed her Certificate 4 of Property Management, she went straight into a full time role managing a healthy Portfolio with a reputable company, Rachael continued in that role for a number of years until moving onto a more advanced position within the industry.

Rachael found herself wanting to again advance in her chosen profession and give her the challenge to assist owners see the potential with their investment opportunities with a name brand company whom she was with for a further 7 years. She then moved into a consulting role to other licensees with businesses that were requiring re-structure whilst she was studying her Diploma in Property Services Licensee/Triennial Certificate.

After aiding the owners/licensee of other businesses see their potential and added growth Rachael started her own business Gem Property Sales & Management which began trading in March 2014.Rachael wants to make a difference in the industry as she believe's that good, down to earth service is not something that should cost extra when it comes to Property Management & Sales. Having a straight forward and honest approach with both owners and tenants has seen her build a great rapport with clients over the years.

Throughout her journey Rachael has had thousands of collective tenants and owners all extremely happy with the quality of service provided within her roles over the years…
